Patricia Thompson Obituary, Death –It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Patricia Thompson. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 19, at Blessed Sacrament Parish (145 Victoria Ave, Chatham, ON N7L 3A7) from 10:00 am until the time of the Funeral Mass at 11:00 am. Following the Mass, Patricia will be laid to rest at Maple Leaf Cemetery at 3:00 pm on the same day.
