Tandy Marlin Obituary Franklin TN, Tributes paid to Racing Star Tandy

Tandy Marlin Obituary, Death – It was when I was 12 years old that I first turned my attention to seeing this man race. When Tandy Marlin has been competing on the race track, I have always been there to cheer for him. A report of how he did was always given to me in the event that I was absent. I was sitting in the stands thinking how wonderful it would be to meet him, but I had no idea at the time that he would become such a good friend to my brothers and me. I was sitting up there thinking about how cool it would be to meet him. I can’t even begin to count the number of times that he has had me laugh so hard that I am unable to laugh any more thanks to him.

In the past, I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to hang out at his race store. Exactly! Oh, you must be kidding me! I am able to visit the race shop owned by Tandy Marlins. Exactly how I felt when I was invited to visit that location for the very first time. When I was able to have a one-on-one talk with Tandy, I had some of the most memorable conversations with him. When I needed firewood, I would go to his farm and pick it up.

Before it got dark, we would attempt to find solutions to all of the issues that were plaguing the world as well as the racing world while we were standing around the bed of the truck and talking about racing. “You don’t owe me anything,” he would say to me when we were wrapping things up, and I would ask him what I owed him. I can still hear him saying it now. The individual in question was a fine person, and he will be greatly missed by many. We will keep the family and friends of the deceased in our thoughts and prayers.
